Studying 2014’s Biggest Gainers for Success in 2015

2014 TOP PRICE GAINERSWith the New Year approaching, it’s a good idea to study last year’s biggest price gainers to see what signs and indicators we might have overlooked. It’s a great way to improve your chances of finding next year’s big winners just as they’re breaking out. (Double Click on Image to enlarge).

You may have your own process, but if not, I’ve created a short video to give you some ideas for getting started. I’ll show you how to create your own DELTA searches to find the top gainers, and I’ll walk you through a few graph set-ups. You can pause the video, rewind or fast forward by clicking in the horizontal bar at the bottom of the video. Just hover your mouse near the bottom and the bar will pop up. Below is the link to the video:

SLIDES: Below is a PDF of the video slides. In there you will find the search criteria I used to find the top gainers among stocks, ETFs and dividend payers.

Finally, it’s a good idea to study the biggest winners using your own favourite indicators and graph set-up. Did you find consistently good entry and exit points?

  1. Hi Stan,

Thank you very much for this interesting presentation. Ever since the SOTW titled DELTA DELTA DELTA, I have found more and more uses for this search tool. Adding the display only feature to your favourite searches can give you additional stock selection information as you demonstrated so well.

Thanks for all your help this year both personally and through your videos, webinars and blogs.
